Church Council
Providing overall spiritual and administrative leadership for the congregation, this council connects vision with ministry by planning, coordinating, and evaluating how La Trinidad UMC fulfills its mission of making disciples for the transformation of the world.
Board of Trustees
Managing and maintaining the church’s property, buildings, and physical resources. The Trustees safeguard our facilities so our church can thrive safely and responsibly for generations to come.
Finance Committee
By being good stewards of the church’s financial gifts, this committee raises, manages, and disburses funds to align with the church’s mission and vision to support God’s work.
Nurture Christian growth through Sunday school, Bible studies, and discipleship programs for all ages, and ensure that learning opportunities help deepen faith and equip members to live as disciples in the world.
Support pastors and musicians in planning meaningful and spirit-filled worship experiences, while coordinating liturgy, music, and seasonal worship events to help the congregation encounter God through prayer, word, and song.
Lead the church in reaching out to the local and global community through acts of compassion, justice, and service. Identify opportunities for outreach and partnering with ministries to extend Christ’s love beyond our walls.
Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC)

Nominations & Leadership Development
Prayerfully identify, train, and support church leaders to serve in various ministries. Help members discover their spiritual gifts and connect them with opportunities to serve where they can grow and make a difference.
Membership & Evangelism Committee
Help newcomers feel welcome by connecting them to the life of the church, and encourage all members to grow in their commitment to Christ by fostering hospitality, outreach, and connection across the congregation.
